Getting up Afresh


Have you experienced the feeling of being tired, inspite of a full night sleep.

your nose is blown a couple of times and the nostrils washed after every blow.

internally. Next ensure the palms of your hands, and soles of your feet are washed clean. Wash your face with plain water.

No need for those sleeping pills at night or energy tablets at dawn.
