Energising yourself and Raising your Immunity

The recent onslaught of Nature in it's Pandemic form has brought to the fore the low immunity levels of all mankind. The better way is to 

1. Raise Immunity levels by eating Healthy  

2. Build a Sense of Good Civic Habits in our kids at School

Instead of relying on Chemicals as Medicines, to battle the various illnesses we encounter daily, it is best to raise our awareness of the food we eat to strengthen our core. By strengthening our WBC we reduce the chances of major health issues. We must allow the body to battle out the illness and heal on it's own.
