How much water do I drink a day

Water is crucial for the human body. It helps regulate temperature, transports nutrients, flushes waste, and lubricates joints. In fact, up to 60 percent of the human body is made of water. But while humans certainly need to stay hydrated, the idea that everyone should drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day is not necessarily true.
Some experts suggest 8 glasses, others 2 litres
This is not a state where one cap fits all.

Every human body has its own characteristics, and requires a different measure.
A simple way is to drink as much water as is needed to ensure an easy soft flush out.
Less water hardens the waste, and this causes issues of constipation.

Excess water dilutes the different acids, system generated, to digest foods.
Dilution will hamper the breakdown of food and create its own set of complications.

So next time you drink water, decide how much you need
to have a soft flush. This could be a good indicator.
You can also get a clue from the colour of your urine. Dark yellow or orange urine usually indicates dehydration. Well-hydrated urine should look pale yellow or colourless.

Stop walking and Stay Fit...

It is a School of Thought when the Motor Mechanic asks that the Vehicle be run daily to keep it operational.
What we need to realize is that this Idle running, in the idea of keeping it in good condition causes unnecessary Wear and Tear of parts, necessitating sooner replacement of parts.

This running is not useful conversion of energy, although it is done to ensure the vehicle is in Good condition when wanted. If it is to keep the battery not losing its charge, then a better way is to disconnect the battery leads so that the battery does not discharge.

Similar is a School of Thought when one is recommended to go for long walks, do the tread mill, do rigorous exercise to stay healthy. Every joint is designed for a limited number of cycles of movement. If the walk is to arrive at a destination, then it serves a purpose. But if it is meant to enable us stay healthy, then replacements like knee cap and other leg joints can be the default status.

A better way is to flex all joints individually once a day, just once, so that it gets its movement and de-stresses... Think before you get ready for your next walk.

Cruciferous vegetables

Cruciferous vegetables are the gold standard in immune-boosting vegetables.
Although all vegetables have nutrients and some protective powers, for these vegetables, it’s off the charts. Cruciferous vegetables have a special chemical composition: They have sulfur-containing compounds that are responsible for their pungent flavors. When they’re broken down by biting, blending, or chopping, a chemical reaction occurs that converts these sulfur-containing compounds into isothiocyanates (ITCs). ITCs prevent and knock out cancer and have infinite proven immune-boosting capabilities.
They contain antiviral and antibacterial agents that keep you disease free. Adding the following cruciferous vegetables to your daily plate is like taking an anticancer pill: arugula, beet greens, bok choy, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, collards, horseradish, kale, kohlrabi, mustard greens, radishes, red cabbage, turnip greens, or watercress.

Garlic

Garlic is surely one of the world’s most potent medicines, and its potent smell is what makes it so powerful.

The active ingredient allicin turns into organosulfurs, which are the compounds that keep your cells safe from all the destructive cellular processes that can cause major chronic diseases. Garlic is a natural antiseptic; it prevents cancer, fights infection, and prevents colds. Research also states that garlic may prevent or decrease chronic diseases associated with age, such as atherosclerosis, stroke, cancer, immune disorders, brain aging, cataracts, and arthritis.

Onions

Onions are rich in quercetin, a powerful antioxidant that may reduce the risk of cancer.

Like garlic, onions also contain the amazing compound allicin. Red and purple onions contain anthocyanins, the same antioxidants that make berries so robust in healing powers. In addition to being extraordinary at preventing and healing cancer, the quercetin contained in onion makes them a safe therapy for allergies; it also helps prevent heart disease and reduce high blood pressure.

Mushrooms

The power of mushrooms comes from their ability to enhance the activity of natural killer T cells (NKT).

These NKTs attack and remove cells that are damaged or infected by a virus. Mushrooms are associated with decreasing most cancers and significantly reducing the risk of breast cancer in women. They prevent DNA damage, slow cancer or tumor growth, and prevent tumors from acquiring a blood supply.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes are also the richest source of the exceptionally potent antioxidantlycopene, a substance that prevents cancer, particularly cancer of the prostate.

Tomatoes also have high levels of beta carotene, an antioxidant that supports the immune system. They have high dietary fiber and taste delicious raw or cooked.

Beets are an amazing blood purifier

Beets are an amazing blood purifier.

Beets are rich in iron and produce the disease-fighting white blood cells. They also stimulate red blood cells and improve the supply of oxygen to the cells. Beets prevent cancer and heart disease, and the detoxifying properties make them good for your organs. Beets are also high in fiber and nourishing for digestive health.

Spinach

Spinach is rich in beta carotene, which the body transforms into vitamin A, triggering your immune response to keep you well.

Spinach prevents cancer and heart disease and is rich in the disease-fighting mineral zinc. The vitamin C helps you resist colds and infection and keeps your skin healthy; the B vitamins keep you calm and more energetic.

Asparagus’s biggest talent

Asparagus’s biggest talent is its ability to encourage the body to flush out toxins, due to its natural diuretic abilities.

Asparagus is both cleansing and anti-inflammatory to the body. It has the antioxidant glutathione, which can lower your risk factor for heart disease and cancer. It’s useful for all inflammatory conditions, such as arthritis and irritable bowel syndrome.

Artichoke supports the liver

The substance cynarin gives artichoke its detoxifying qualities. Artichokes’ B vitamins increase mental alertness and strengthen your immunity.

Red bell pepper is bursting with vitamin C

Red bell pepper is bursting with vitamin C, making it a powerful immune builder.Red bell pepper’s high level of beta carotene turns into vitamin A, making it a strong defense against disease. Although green and yellow peppers are certainly healthy, they’re more superfoodish. Although they both have similar amounts of vitamin C, red bell peppers have quite a bit more of the superstar beta carotene.

Sweet potatoes are far superior than the run-of-the-mill white potato.

The orange variety contains beta carotene, which makes them filled with robust antioxidant, antiviral, and anticancer abilities. They’re also full of fiber and the vitamin E they contain is healthy for the skin.

Papaya for Uric Acid Problem !!!

Just try it if you've got uric acid. No harm done.
This is a really effective, just mix green papaya cubes to the ordinary green tea,  those with gout can also try this.
After a week of drinking this formula there is significant improvement, and after two weeks the toe joints heal and revert to normal state.

Even if the joint pain reduces, maintain the intake between 1-3 times monthly to avoid relapse. Friends suffering from years of gout problem have also recovered. It is good for all, even those without gout.

The method:

Cut green papaya into small cubes, place into the water, bring to boil and then add tea leaves, similar to the tea-making process.

This brings better effects for treatment of gout, subject to frequent drinking of this formula.

You can also use green papaya as a tea pot to prepare the tea daily, after a month, the disease condition is much improved.

Those with high uric acid can also healed by the same papaya tea.

While selecting the green papaya as tea pot, pick those the shape of which is fat and short, with larger capacity.

Cut off the top part of the papaya, clear away the seeds, open a small hole at the upper side wall to facilitate pouring of tea.

Create a small ventilation hole at top cover, put in the tea leaves, pour in boiling water, place the top cover back onto the papaya, use toothpicks to secure the top cover. Similar to normal process of preparing tea.

You will be pleasantly surprised that the stomach pains suffered for years is healed after a month of drinking tea from the green papaya pot, without taking any other medication.

Tests confirm that the healthy enzyme present in papaya is beneficial to human health.

Green papaya means to unripe papaya, where the skin is still green in colour,
but the healing effect would be lost after it is fully ripe.

Green papaya should be harvested when the papaya is still firm, and the "papaya milk" contains high papaya enzyme and other healthy ingredients.

Crispy, crunch snacks such as apples, carrots and celery are not only a healthy top up between meals, but also help to clean teeth as you eat them.

Try and eat these at the end of a meal if you know you won’t be able to brush your teeth. There is no need of tooth brushing after eating these kind of fibrous food.

While exposure to acidic foods, such as lemons, doesn’t directly cause cavities, it weakens the enamel on your teeth, which can weaken teeth and make them more prone to decay.

BREASTFEEDING help proper dental and jaw development.
Suckling at the breast is good for a baby's tooth and jaw development. Babies at the breast have to use as much as 60 times more energy to get food than do those drinking from a bottle...As muscles are exercised in suckling, their constant pulling encourages the growth of well-formed jaws and straight, healthy teeth.
Among breastfed infants, the longer the duration of nursing the lower the incidents of malocclusion.
The bio availability for absorption of calcium and phosphorus ions more in breast milk than bottle milk, make more strong and healthy teeth.

• Gingivitis
• Gum disease (periodontal disease)
• Tooth decay
• Cavities
• Failed dental restorations
