Brush Less


For a Strong and Healthy Set of Teeth,
it is necessary to massage your gums daily (
as often as possible)

Remember,  "Healthy Gums make Healthy Teeth"  

Teeth need be brushed only after a meal, not prior.
This is to dislodge food particles that may have found space to settle.


When you awake, it's good to drink a glass of Hot water before you gargle.
Toothpaste is just a flavour that you get addicted to. Avoid if you can.
