Massage your Gums Daily

Teeth stay Healthy if your Gums are Healthy. It is a Good idea to massage your Gums at least once a day.
A dash of Clove oil / Aloe Vera Gel on your finger tips when massaged is good for Gingivitis. A dash of Baking Soda also helps. Powdered Alum with a little Mustard Oil helps, so does 
Sage and Peppermint oil and chamomile tea.


So next time do not forget to massage your gums after your bath.
